岔岔寺和格萨尔纪念堂的主要负责人第六世噶举丹曾即巴加活佛诞生于1952年，诞生之日虽值寒冬腊月，但鲜花怒放，瑞相奇异。刚满两岁时，就被第十六世噶玛巴活佛认定为第六世岔岔活佛的转世灵童。三岁到岔岔寺坐床，并从师朗日大师学书识字，随后拜终身静修的次白大师，珠甘大师，格查尼玛加洛，噶玛扎西，朝日次朗等大师闻思显密经典，勤修佛门要决。

　　1984年，宗教政策得到了恢复，宗教活动始兴，活佛当上了岔岔寺寺管会主任，开始了岔岔寺和禅印寺的三处修行院，两处讲经院等的修建和各种传统法会的恢复，培养了众多的僧侣，利乐有情，赢得了良好的声誉。
1993年，巴加活佛担任了德格县人大常委会副主任和德格县佛教协会主席的职务。
从1995年至1997年期间，他在格萨尔王的故乡重建了格萨尔纪念堂，受到了文化部、国家民委、中国文联和中国社会科学院的联合嘉奖并颁发了荣誉证书。同时他的善举得到了四川省、甘孜州和德格县政府的表彰和群众的大力支持。巴加活佛一直在主持和修缮格萨尔纪念堂的工作。

　　The abbot of Tsar Tsar Monastery and the monastery of King Gesar is the sixth Kagyu Dantzen－Balija Rinpoche.　He was born in 1952,very cold winter time, even though it is frozen,　flowers still blossom,　and a lot of auspicious things happened,　when he was two years old ,he was recognized by the 16th karma as the reincarnation of the 6th Tsar Tsar Rinpoche. He was enthroned at 3. Then he followed narrow Rinpoche to learn Tibetan alphabet, Cibai Lama Dgugan Rinpoche Dgechenima, Rinpoche, Karmatashi, Choretsenam Rinpoche are his teachers for Buddhist sutra and tantra.
In 1984, policies of religious was resumed in china, religious activities in the monasteries also restarted Rinpoche became the abbot of the monastery, he supported to rebuild the three training centers of Tsar Tsar, Monastery and Chan Yin Monastery; Two institute and resumed the traditional Darma Meeting; trained a lot of monks, benefiting a lot of people and he himself was praised, and gain a lot of reputation.
In 1993,Rinpoche became vice chairman of the people’s congress of Dege county and president of Buddhist committee of Dege county. From 1995-1998,he supported the rebuild of the monument of king Gesar in King gesar’s hometown. And he was commended by the National culture Department, Nathional committee of ethics National union of literature and the institute of social science china. And Rinpoche’s merit was supported by the peoples from Dege county. Gantse prefecture, and Sichuan province.
